Luke Dombert, MD

Dr. Dombert received his medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York.  He completed his surgical residency at Guthrie/Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, Pennsylvania. Following residency, Dr. Dombert completed a fellowship in Bariatric and Minimally Invasive Surgery at the prestigious Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.

Dr. Dombert is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery.  He has authored numerous publications and book chapters.  He is an active member of several medical associations, including the American Hernia Society, The American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, and the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons.

An outdoor enthusiast, Dr. Dombert enjoys fishing, hiking, camping, soccer, and skiing in his free time.
